Jessie has been creating wildlife artwork since 1961, working in a variety of mediums, but most notably the rare art form of scrimshaw. Her work invites the viewer to become emotionally interested in nature, which she depicts from images she has personally seen or experienced. |

Native Oklahoman Mary Jane Porter earned her Masters from the University of Tulsa and has since established herself in Tulsa as a well respected artist and art instructor. Her work has received awards in numerous exhibitions and she is currently represented in several Oklahoma and Arkansas galleries.
